Este concurso pretende reflejar las obras de ingeniería y fomentar la creatividad en el ámbito de la Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos en todos sus aspectos (calles y carreteras,ferrocarriles, estaciones, transporte, abastecimiento, alcantarillado y saneamiento de aguas, puentes y estructuras, etc.)

Lugar: Salón Agustín de Betancour, Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de Madrid.

I want to congratulate my friend and partner Salva Rubio for the awesome book he has written and will be published soon “30 Years of Extreme Metal: 1981-2011″ (Tm), a nearly 500 page volume with almost 1000 bands reviewed in more than 247,000 words, an in-depth analysis with a never-seen-before scope, covering history, musical form, aesthetics, evolution, lyrical themes & more, covering separately the 10 major styles of Extreme Metal.

The book will be published in this year in Spanish and we are already looking for partners for upcoming editions in other languages, specially English, German, Finnish, Russian, Portuguese and Hebrew, and we will also consider other translations. Ask us!

El alcalde de Alcalá de Henares, Bartolomé González, ha presentado hoy la vigésimo sexta edición del Don Juan que se celebrará en la ciudad complutense los días 30 y 31 de octubre en la Huerta del Palacio Arzobispal a partir de las 20:00 horas. El primer edil complutense ha declarado que “el Don Juan en Alcalá es una apuesta que como la de Don Juan y Don Luis continúa viva y con fuerza en la ciudad, después de un extraordinario cuarto de siglo”.

El ayuntamiento ha buscado potenciar en esta vigésimo sexta edición, la imagen del Don Juan, se ha querido modernizar el cartel para que transmitiera toda la fuerza y el carácter que tiene el Don Juan. El cartel ha sido fruto del consenso de todos y lo firman la joven diseñadora Inma Vera y el ilustrador J. L. Rey (Phlegeton). “El corazón de Don Juan en Alcalá, un corazón que late con mucha energía”, ha concluido el alcalde.

At the end of 2010, a shortened version of the sample will be presented in Madrid Pavilion Fair Shanghai.
